Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have a 30-day product replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement if defects are found. If you are outside of the 30-day period and have a leaky Grail, we are still happy to send a replacement on the condition that you send the faulty grail back to us for research purposes and cover the shipping costs.

Returns and refunds: All sales are final unless there is an issue with the Grail (see above).
