Shipping Information

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3:00 PM EST are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on product availability.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on Fridays, weekends, or holidays may not begin processing until the following business day.

Please note that some products may be marked as Pre-Order. Pre-order items may require additional production time and are estimated to ship within approximately 30 days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Returns & Replacements

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless there is an issue with the item received.

We offer a 30-day replacement policy for products with manufacturing defects or functional issues. Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us regarding any defects or concerns.

To request a replacement, please contact our team with: Your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product, if applicable.

If your grail develops an issue outside of the 30-day replacement window, we are still happy to help. In cases involving leaking or defective grails beyond 30 days, we may offer a replacement if the original grail is returned to us for research and quality improvement purposes and the customer covers applicable shipping costs.
